Sto Cercando
Sei Solo Mio
Hmmm...
{Dialogue}
Do lafzon ki hai dil ki kahani
Ya hai mohabbat, ya hai jawani
Do lafzon ki hai dil ki kahani
Ya hai mohabbat, ya hai jawani
Lalalala...
Amore mio
Instempo Vola
Prendello
Prendello
Amore mio
Yeh kashtiwala kya ga raha tha
Koi ise bhi yaad aa raha tha
Yeh kashtiwala kya ga raha tha
Koi ise bhi yaad aa raha tha
Lalalala...
Kisse puraane, yaadein puraani
Ya hai mohabbat, ya hai jawani
Is zindagi ke din kitne kam hai
Kitni hai khushiyan aur kitne gham hain
Is zindagi ke din kitne kam hai
Kitni hai khushiyan aur kitne gham hain
Lalalala...
Lag ja gale se, ruth hai suhani
Ya hai mohabbat, ya hai jawani
Do lafzon ki hai dil ki kahani
Ya hai mohabbat, ya hai jawani
Lalalala...

Shot on a gondola in Venice's Grand Canal, this lovely song from The Great Gambler features Amitabh Bachchan and Zeenat Aman. The gondolier sings a few lines in Italian, as he guides the gondola through the canal. Amitabh Bachchan, in typical Bollywood style, asks Zeenat Aman to sing him the translation.
The Italian lyrics were created by the song’s composer RD Burman and actor Sharad Kumar, who also sang them. The inspiration for this romantic song came when Burman and Asha Bhosle were enjoying a quiet evening by the Hooghly River, listening to boatmen singing.
It reminds me of a cold breeze that brings relief on a hot evening—something soothing yet temporary because after it passes, it leaves you yearning! ~ S
